What if the problem is larger than one sprint?
The initial review confirms what can fit within $750. If the blocker is broader, you receive a milestone proposal before authorizing additional work.
Do you need credentials in the first message?
No. A screenshot, sanitized log or non-secret context is enough to confirm fit. Access is coordinated only after scope is agreed.
Will you work on code built by another developer?
Yes. The service is designed for taking over existing products without judging how the code was originally written.
